Oh the joys of high school. I think my favorite part WAS the back to school shopping every August. Studying all of my favorite magazines and creating the ultimate shopping list was just a typical end of summer task. While shopping I was always on the hunt for THE outfit that I would choose to wear on the first day of school. I can't really describe how you go about finding this magical ensemble, but when you do, you know it. Gigi, a senior at Canyon High School, is looking fabulous in this little number. This is definitely one of those effortlessly cool looks that will appeal to all those seniors out there. Being an Aristocat at Canyon High School, Gigi is required to dress up for Spirit days. Whether you are a dancer, cheerleader or volleyball player you may need a dress (or two) for the upcoming season. Dressing up for school can be a bit tricky. You have to make sure your dress is long enough so you won't get dress coded, but you also don't want it to be "grandma" length (sorry granny). The dresses we have at Alibi Boutique right now would be perfect for spirit days at school. They are fun, fresh and begging to be accessorized.
I'm obsessed with this dress Gigi is wearing. First off it is the softest thing you will EVER put on. You can also wear this dress many different ways. Being that it is a solid color, it is a blank canvas for lots and lots of necklaces. So of course we covered her in Kendra (see a trend here?). You could also belt it around your waist, or throw on a cute scarf. The possibilities are endless my friends. This would be a comfy and cute option to be worn to school this fall!

This looks like a Monday outfit to me. The weekend definitely wasn't long enough, but here you are back in the lovely halls of high school. You care what you're wearing, but don't want everyone else to know how much.
