The great thing about the FEED brand is that they create good products that will help feed the world. In 2006 Laura Bush designed the FEED 1 bag for the UN World Food Program to help raise money and awareness about the various school feeding operations. It was then stamped with "FEED the children of the world" and a number 1 that would signify 1 year of school meals for a child. One year later in 2007, FEED Projects LLC was founded by Laura Bush and Ellen Gustafon. Shortly after, the FEED bags were being produced and sold.
Today the FEED foundation is known across the nation and supports many organizations that are working to help fight hunger and end malnutrition throughout the world. So far FEED has donated over $6 million and 60 million meals. It is an incredible story and Alibi Boutique is proud to be apart of the FEED community.
